After payment, you'll usually go straight to the assessment: 50 short statements. The link is also in your order confirmation email, so you can come back to it at any time. Some payment methods take a little longer to confirm; if yours does, that email arrives as soon as your payment goes through.

When you finish, your Snapshot is emailed to you, usually within 10 minutes. Please type your email address carefully in the assessment, as that's where your report will be sent. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder. If you haven't received your link or your report within a few hours of paying, email shelley@jessglobal.org and we'll sort it out straight away.
