Resilience is not something you have. It is something you build - deliberately, specifically, and with the right framework.

Jess® Resilience-Building Programmes

Jess® is a resilience-building and wellbeing programme grounded in coaching psychology, positive psychology, and strengths-based practice. Developed over more than a decade and delivered across Ireland, the UK, Europe, Australia, Africa, and the USA, Jess® gives individuals, leaders, and organisations a specific, practical framework for building the inner resources that sustain performance — not just in good conditions, but in demanding ones.

The Jess© Model

Jess® is built on four interconnected domains — Cognitive, Emotional, Physical, and Social — held together by three connecting principles: Connecting to intuition, Connecting to authenticity, and Connecting to others. The outer ring names the qualities the programme builds toward: Perseverance, Adaptation, and Aligning with values.

Jess® 2.0 was developed specifically for the corporate, public service, and executive environment — refining the language, the focus, and the application for organisations where performance pressure is real and sustained strain is costly.

Working with Jess© - the assessment tool

Participants complete the inventory individually before the workshop or their individual coaching session. Inventories are paper-based and online. A comprehensive report is generated showing resilience-building areas to develop and resilience-building strengths to extend.

Programmes

Jess© 2.0 - For Organisations and Executive Teams

A tailored resilience programme for senior leaders, executive teams, and public sector organisations. Jess® 2.0 builds individual and collective capacity to perform under pressure, navigate complexity, and sustain wellbeing over time — not through generic wellness activity, but through a structured, evidence-based model with four clearly defined domains and a shared language that travels across the organisation.

Delivered as: bespoke workshops, leadership development programmes, and team sessions — in person or online.

Suitable for: executive teams, senior leadership cohorts, HR and L&D programmes, and public sector transformation initiatives.

Jess© Champion - Organisational Resilience Ambassador Programme

The Jess© Champion programme develops individuals within organisations to be resilience-building role models — people who can support their colleagues, model the behaviours, and embed the Jess© approach in the texture of everyday working life. As a Jess© Champion, you will be a point of contact for others navigating difficulty, and a member of a growing community of practitioners who believe that all our resources to stay strong are already within us and the people around us.

Programme structure: 5 modules, delivered online.

Included: full programme access, Jess© physical tools (puzzle and card resources), and entry to the Jess© Champion community.

Suitable for: HR and wellbeing professionals, team leaders, coaches, and anyone committed to building a resilient culture from the inside out.

Jess© for Teams - Workshops (hybrid)

A focused team resilience programme that builds shared language and shared practice around wellbeing and performance. Four one-hour sessions, delivered online, using the Jess© model as a common framework. Teams leave with a shared vocabulary, practical tools, and a structure they can return to — inside and outside the sessions.

Format: 4 x sessions (online or in-person)

Suitable for: teams of any size, across any sector. Often run alongside the Jess© Champion programme.

“All the resources we need to stay strong, are already within us - and the people around us.”

Jess© has been delivered across Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Africa, and the USA — in public sector organisations, corporate environments, healthcare, education, and community settings.
